SHEMWETA INVEST AB (abbreviated herein as SIAB), org. nr. 556734-0483 is a duly incorporated company under the laws of Sweden. The objectives of the Company are, among others, to provide consultancy services and undertake all kind of business operations connected to sports industry, sports-tourism, cultural and artisan fields.

 

Having provided relocation solutions in connection to varied events such as exhibitions, series of tournaments, information campaigns and marketing events, SIAB and its partners handled logistic services from planning to delivery.

 

Our major goal is to strengthen business operations in Sweden as well as exploring new markets internationally - beginning with Tanzania where our Branch Office has acquired a Certificate of Compliance (Registration Nr: 69446) and began operating recently. In the same spirit, SIAB has bought in to a local registered limited Company, SPORTS FOR ALL COMPANY LIMITED which means SIAB became the majority shareholder thereto. This step enables business operations under one roof whilst making use of several objectives as it may seem fit and within the margins of the memorandum and articles of association.
